FIRST LEGO LEAGUE ROBOTICS
June 9-12, Challenge Level ages 9-14. Interested campers may apply to become part of an FLL Team. Campers will have fun exploring the Engineering Design Process (EDP) through the mechanical design and build of an autonomous robot using both the LEGO EV3 and LEGO SPIKE Prime robot kits. Campers will build the robots and code movements (missions) using motors and sensors, then engage in robot challenges. Campers work in teams therefore must work well with others. No prior engineering experience is necessary but helpful. Four (4) Minimum to hold camp. 10 slots Maximum. Campers work in teams therefore must work well together. 10% discount each additional sibling per camp. WEBSITES MADE EASY
June 16-19, age 12-14. Campers will plan and create a multipage website of their own design and how to use basic HTML/CSS content, links, graphics and multimedia. Campers will also explore various site hosting platforms and Drag & Drop tools. Last afternoon is a showcase. Three (3) Minimum to hold camp. Six (6) slots Maximum. 10% discount each additional sibling per camp. CODING FOR FUN
June 23-26, ages 9-14. Campers will have fun learning developmental code using different online tools. Each day the coding challenges are different, and are designed to demonstrate accomplished ability to code. Three (3) Minimum to hold camp. Six (6) slots Maximum. 10% discount each additional sibling per camp. LET'S BUILD STUFF
(aka Design Engineering): June 30-July 3, ages 9-14. Campers will have fun designing and creating a product that solves a problem. Makerspace materials provided although campers have the option to bring some of their own. Four (4) Minimum to hold camp. 12 slots Maximum. Campers work in teams therefore must work well together. 10% discount each additional sibling per camp.
